We had a great time during our New Year stay! the spa facilities were fantastic, with a large indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. the breakfast spread was also impressive, with a wide variety of options including fresh bread, pastries, bacon, eggs. We loved starting our mornings with a delicious and satisfying meal.
the maintenance of the rooms was not up to par, with dirty marks on the curtains and non-functional reading lights.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from all the noise and bustle. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and soundproofed walls. We also enjoyed the amenities like the spa and wellness center, which allowed us to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We had an incredible stay at Crowne Plaza in Roissy-en-France. The desk clerk went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Despite having 14+ bags, they ensured we had a first-floor room and helped us with our luggage. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with hardwood floors. The staff, both at the hotel and restaurant, were extremely polite and helpful. The dinner was 5-star quality, and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The spa was gorgeous, and we enjoyed the resort-like feel of the swimming pool. The convenience of the free shuttle to and from the airport made our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and amenities.

The room was spacious, modern, and well-furnished. It had tea-making facilities, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was also very clean and had a balcony, allowing us to enjoy fresh air. The shower room was spacious and clean, with a separate toilet. It was perfect for our one-night stopover.

The breakfast provided at the hotel was reportedly inedible and the room service quality was also subpar according to some guests.
